What is Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) and how do I enroll in it?
If you forget your domain password or it expires, you will not be able to change it in the traditional way since this would require you to enter your old password. In this instance, you will be able to reset your password yourself by navigating to horizontal.okta.com and clicking "Forgot Password". You will only be able to do so if you have previously completed the steps below - otherwise you will need to submit a ticket and request IT resets your password for you.
- Open a browser and navigate to www.office.com and sign in using your HZTL credentials.
- If you have not already setup a secondary email or phone associated with your Azure AD account, you will be met with the following prompt. This must be completed to enroll in SSPR. If you do not see this prompt, you are already registered for SSPR.
