Horizontal IT Support Portal
Horizontal is transitioning to our new Horizontal Service Portal, launching on New Year's Day 2024!
Email will no longer be the accepted way to submit a support request, "support@horizontal.com" and "support-india@horizontal.com" will no longer create a support ticket in the IT support system.
The portal will provide a way to access your requests without having to search through countless emails. The portal will not only be a way to open and update your support and service requests, but it will also allow you to adjust the request priority, SLA, and expected time to resolution.
Our new support portal is an easier, faster, and more powerful way to get assistance from the Global IT team.

The search bar provides easy access to numerous Knowledge Base Articles.
There are now several simple ways to open a support ticket.
Desktop users can access the portal from a browser at https://support.horizontal.com.
iPhone users can download the application from the App Store Apple App Store
Android users can download the application from the Google Play Store
The portal is SSO integrated!
Use your corporate email address and password to log in.
Submitting a ticket from the portal is as easy as creating an email in any online mail client!
By entering more complete details about your request in the subject, you will be offered article suggestions.

This will be a positive change that will provide abundant access to many issues and requests without any waiting. And we haven't even scratched the surface of the deep technical features available on this platform.
